摘要
在分析传统FMS通信网络缺点的基础上,通过比较,提出将现场总线网络应用于柔性制造系统的方案。利用西门子PLC S7-300作为柔性制造系统单元的主站,构建了基于Profibus-DP总线的FMS通信与控制的网络系统,保证了FMS-50单元层与设备层的信息通讯。同时在监控主站上运用W inCC组态软件实现对物流系统的实时监控。
Through analyzing the defects of the traditional FMS in communication between the units and equipment cells, the paper put forth the blue print which applying the field bus to the FMS, And making use of the Simense S7-300 as the host station of the flexible manufacturing system, and building the FM S communication and control system based on the Profibus-DP field bus, which ensure the real-time communication between the units and equipment cells in the FMS, At the same time, using the WinCC configuration software realized the real- time monitor to ohvsical distribution .
