摘要
企业信用机制的建立不能片面地从企业信用的单一视角出发,必须树立科学的发展观,建立“全面、协调、可持续发展”的信用体制。本文认为,企业信用机制构建路径应从企业外部环境治理入手,从政治、法律、信息平台、中介机构四个方面开展外部治理,以企业内部制度创新为根本,建立企业信用的产权激励制度、公司法人治理的监督制度和企业内部的信用管理制度,形成全方位、多视角、可持续发展的、自我完善的企业信用机制。
The setting-up of enterprises＇ credit mechanism can＇t proceed from single visual angle of enterprises＇ credit, and the credit system of ＂overall, coordinating, sustainable development＂ must be set up. This article thinks that the construction route of enterprises＇ credit system should proceed from enterprises＇ external environmental governance such as the politics, law, information platform, and intermediary department. Meantime, based on the innovation of enterprises＇ internal system, combine property right incentive system, legal person governance supervision mechanism and management system of credit to process system innovation to form the omnidirectional, many visual angle, coordinated, sustainable development, and self-perfection enterprise credit mechanism.
