摘要
本文报告了在25±0.5℃、75±5%的相对湿度条件下,应用长筒式倒置喂血装置和Parafilm膜-猪血在实验室内离体养殖方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种获得成功,并已连续繁殖50代。规范化养殖8代。各项技术数据为:结茧率58.8%,羽化率93.8%,成长率55.8%,繁殖力0.85只蚤/·日。饥饿成蚤寿命为18.2±1.6天,17.7±1.6天;体更0.43±0.03mg,0.34±0.02mg。采用离体养殖的方形黄鼠蚤与鼠体养殖相比无明显差异,完全可以取代鼠体养殖。
The techniques and results of in vitro rearing the flea Citellophilus texquorum sungaris are reported here. Fifty generations have been reared with pig blood by using the inverted tube-shaped apparatus and Parafilm membrane. The results of regular and standardized method of rearing the flea are given as follows:
The pupation, eclosion, and growth rates were 58.79%, 93.84%, and 55.78% respectively. The fecundity was 0.85 adults/ ♀ day. For the newly emerged adults, their average life spans were 18.19±1.57 and 17.65± 1.55 days for female and male respectively when there was no blood meal provided. And they weighed averagely 0.43 ± 0.03mg and 0.34± 0.02mg for female and male respectively.
The results showed that the characteristics of the flea reared by using this method were stable and there was no significant difference compared with that of the host rearing method. Therefore, this technique can successfully replace that of host rearing.
