孟鲁司特联合激素治疗儿童哮喘 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特片联合吸入激素治疗儿童哮喘的疗效。方法对68例儿童哮喘患儿随即分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用顺尔宁,观察临床症状、PEF变异率及复发率。结果治疗组症状缓解时间(2.50±0.69)d,对照组(5.10±0.86)d,PEF变异率及复发率治疗组均较对照组改善明显。结论顺尔宁在治疗儿童哮喘中疗效确切、依从性好、服用方便、安全性高,值得在儿童哮喘治疗中推广。
