摘要
分析了蒸发装置经济运行的影响因素:生蒸汽压力、真空度、电解碱液浓度、电解液预热温度、蒸发器液面高度、出碱浓度、不凝性气体、加热管内结盐、外加水量、疏水器性能、散热损失、碱损失,提出了降低汽耗的措施。
The factors influencing the economic running of the evaporation devices are analyzed such as, the raw vapor pressure, the vacuum tightness, the electrolysis lye＇s concentration, the liquid lever of evaporators,the concentration of the exit alkali, non - conden - sable gas, the salt depositing inside the heating tube, the amount of adding water, the steam trop＇s performance, the heat dispersion, the alkali loss, etc. The measures on reducing the steam consumption are proposed.
