摘要
研究了在茂金属催化剂体系所用硅胶的制备过程中,反应体系中二氧化硅的浓度和溶胶-凝胶的反应温度对硅胶孔容及孔径的影响。结果表明,当SiO2的质量分数为9.2%、溶胶-凝胶反应温度为75℃时,可制得孔容和孔径较为理想的催化剂载体用硅胶。
Metallocene catalyst supported with silica is extensively used in synthesis of ethylene propylene monomer(EPM) and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM). The pore structure and properties in silica gel exert influences on the activity of catalyst system, the structure and properties of EPM and EPDM directly. It is well known that pH value of solution, aging time after gelation and mass fraction of SiO2 are especially important to prepare the silica gel with high pore volume and large pore diameter. In this work, the effects of mass fraction of SiO2 in the reaction system and the sol-gel reaction temperature on the pore properties of silica gel were examined.
