摘要
针对气井水平井完井作业中,采用绕丝筛管防砂时,筛管管径难以确定的问题,在充分考虑气体在储层中三维渗流和在水平井筒中流动耦合及水平段流阻损失对产能影响的基础上,利用节点分析法推导了预测气藏水平井的产能公式,利用该法可以计算出不同筛管管径下的气井产能,并考虑了筛管价格和气体收益,综合考虑后确定了最优的筛管管径,经实例计算比较可知,与现场应用结果比较吻合。
It is difficult to determine a reasonable screen size for sand control using wire wrapped screens during well completion of a horizontal gas well. Therefore, a predictive production formula for horizontal gas wells has been deduced using node analytical method in good consideration of the effects of three-dimensional seepage of gas in reservoirs, flowing coupling in horizontal well bore, and pressure loss in horizontal interval. This formula can be employed to figure out gas productivity in different diameters of screens. The optimum screen size can be determined accounting for screen cost and gas benefits. The case study indicates a good accordance between theoretical result and field application.
