摘要
教学成长是教师专业成长的重要组成部分,它能为教师的科研成长奠定基础,同时,教师的教学成长也蕴含着并促进着教师的道德成长。研究高校新教师的教学成长,是提高高校教学质量的需要,是高校开发人力资源的需要,是大学生成长成材的需要,也是新教师自身成长和发展的需要。
Teaching improvement, an important part of teachers' professional improvement, lays a foundation for teachers' scientific research. Meanwhile, teaching improvement contains and promotes teachers' morality improvement, teachers' teaching improvement is necessary for improving teaching qualities, cultivating human resources, and undergraduates' development and fresh teachers' self- improvement and self-advancement.
