摘要
研究了萘普生凝胶剂对大鼠角叉菜性足跖肿胀、棉球性肉芽肿和佐剂性关节炎(adju-vant arthritics,AA)三种炎症模型的抗炎作用,并将其作用与萘普生片剂进行了比较。结果发现,萘普生凝胶剂对上述三种炎症模型均有显著的抑制作用,其效果较等剂量的萘普生片剂显著。
Anti-inflammatory effect of Naproxen gel(NAPG) was tested, it was also compared with that of Naproxen tablets (NAPT). Through cutaneous (to) administered in rats, NAPG displayed marked inhibitory action on carrageenin, Cotton-pellet and Freund's complets adjuvant induced inflammatory models. Moreover, we discovered that of NAPG (50 mg/kg) was obviously superior to that effect of NAPT (50 mg/kg). In addition, NAPG didn't effect weight gain in rats. But NAPT could oubviously decrease weight growing of rats. These results suggested that NAPG probably may be an ideal anti-inflammatory drug.
