摘要
严用和,南宋著名医家,以治学严谨见长。从严氏用方特点对其学术观点进行探讨,主要有重视气机作用,强调攻邪为先,擅用附子两味成方,配伍突出刚柔相济等。
Yan Yong-he, being a famous doctor in South Song dynasty, was good at pursuing precisely his studies. It was manifested that his learning point of view in his prescription - compounding and drug application. For instance, he attached importance to regulating the functional activities of qi ; and emphasized eliminating pathogenic factors before strengthening the body resistance ; he was accomplished in using together with Prepared Lateral Root of Aconite ; He held that drugs application must be in confortuity with dialectics of yin and yang, activity and inertia.
