摘要
介绍了一种能应用于深层软土地基处理的新方法———爆夯动力固结法。该法通过埋于软土中的炸药爆炸产生的动载荷扰动软土,利用设置于软土中的排水系统来加速爆后超静孔压的消散,达到快速加固软土的目的。结合宁启铁路某处软基处理现场试验工点,对爆夯动力法加固过程和加固后的地表沉降、全断面沉降、侧向位移、超静孔压、工艺参数、加固效果、土体的物理力学性能以及爆夯的加固机理等进行了分析和讨论,并对爆夯动力固结法的作用机理进行了数值模拟,从理论上对该方法进行了探讨,为我国沿海地区广泛分布的软土地基加固提供了新的途径。
A new method that can be used in ground foundation treatment of deep soft soil is presented. The method employs dynamic load caused by initiation of an explosive charge buried in soft soil to disturb the soft soil ,and the drainage system set in the soft soil to accelerate the dissipation of excessive hydrostatic pore water pressure. Reinforcing of saturated soft soil can be carried out quickly by using this method. The paper discussed the settlement of foundation surface, whole cross-section and lateral displacement, excess hydrostatic pore water pressure, technical parameters, reinforcing effect, the physical and mechanical performance of soil in and after the reinforcing process together with the analysis of the reinforcing mechanism of blasting ramming based on the soft soil treatment experiment on the spot of Ning-Qi railway. Furthermore, the mechanism of dynamic consolidation by blasting ramming was numerically simulated, resulting in a theoretical discussion on the new method, which offered a new approach for reinforcing soft soil ground foundation of the littoral districts of our country.
