摘要
环境问题是可持续发展的重要问题之一。如何保持交通的可持续发展是交通环境研究的主要内容。本文从承载力的概念入手,对交通环境承载力的概念、内涵以及本质进行了分析。根据交通环境承载力的含义提出了交通效用的概念,以交通效用的最大化作为衡量交通系统能力的指标,并初步提出了相应的承载力计算模型。
Environmental problems are one of important problems of sustainable development in traffic. How to maintain the sustainability of development is main contents of traffic environmental system. This paper firstly discussed the concept of bearing capacity. Then, its nature of traffic environmental system was analyzed in detail. Anewconceptwasproposed to calculate the capacity of traffic environment which is named utility. According to the utility, a model of traffic environmental system is put forward to calculate the capacity of the system.
