摘要
分别用不同浓度的氯化锶联合细胞松弛素、钙离子载体A23187和乙醇分别与6-二甲氨基嘌呤和细胞松弛素B刺激小鼠卵母细胞,比较卵母细胞的激活率和体外发育情况。结果表明,乙醇+6-DMAP+CB和A23187+6-DMAP+CB激活获得的激活率、桑囊胚率较高。
The objective of present study was to compare parthenogehic development of mouse oocytes through the treatment of the different medical methods with different concentration SrCl2 and 5μmol/L cytochalasin B (CB)and either 10 % alcohol or 5μmol/L calciumion A23187, and either 2 mM 6-dimethylaminopurine (6-DMAP) or 6-DMAP+5 μmol/L cytochalasin B( CB).In experiment, Oocytes were activated with 1.5, 5.0, 10.0 and 15.0 mmol/L SrCl2 and then incubated with 5 μmol/L CB. The results showed that Alchol-6-DMAP+CB had a higher rate of morula and blastoeyst rates and activation rates than alchol-6-DMAP and alchol- CB (P〈O.05), A 23187-6-DMAP +CB was also higher than A 23187-6- DMAPand A 23187-CB (P〈0.05).
