摘要 对复合材料开口缝合补强结构进行了实验研究,测试了不同缝合参数(针距、行距、边距、单重和双重缝合)补强对含孔复合材料层板的破坏强度,研究了孔边应力集中和缝合补强对强度、模量等力学性能参数的影响,分析讨论了孔边及邻近区域应变集中及应变分布的规律,通过实验结果和分析讨论,对复合材料开口缝合补强结构提出合理的设计方法。 The paper carried out an experimental study of stitching reinforcement for composite laminates with holes. The damage to stitching parameters such as stitching needle distance, row space, edge distance, single stitching or double stitching to the composite laminates was tested. The influence of the stress concentration near the hole region and the stitching reinforcement on the mechanical properties such as strength and modulus was studied. The laws of the stress concentration and distribution were investigated analytically and experimentally. The experimental results showed a distinct effect of stitching rein- forcement on composite laminates with holes, for which a reasonable design method was presented.
