摘要
采用磷酸双氰胺盐作环氧粉末涂料的固化剂、氟化钠作添加剂。氟化钠破坏金属晶格形成微小的蜂窝状结构,从而便于涂膜嵌入其中,达到增强涂膜附着力的目的。实验提出了一些适当的氟化钠比例的涂料配方,能够显著的提高环氧粉末涂料的附着力。
This research uses dicyandiamide as firming agent in epoxy powder coating and sodium fluoride as additive in epoxy. Sodium fluoride destroys metal crystalline grain, forming the small cellular structure, it convcnient for membrane imbed among them. Experiment brings forward some well sodium fluoride' s proportion in a prescription; the adhesive force of epoxy powder coating can be remarkable increasing.
