摘要
通过双螺杆挤出共混的方法制备了PPO改性SEBS/PP共混体系。研究了经PPO改性SEBS/PP共混体系的耐热性及压缩永久形变性能。研究结果表明,PPO可与SEBS中的PS相互容,形成玻璃化转变温度更高的新相区;PPO的加入在保持共混体系硬度、力学性能基本不变的情况下可明显改善SEBS/PP体系在高温下的压缩永久形变性能,当PPO质量分数为SEBS的15%~20%时,共混体系在70℃下的压缩永久形变值仅为33%~35%,小于50%,达到了车辆门窗橡胶密封条的国家标准。
SEBS/PP elastomer modified with PPO was prepared by means of blend with a twin-screw-extruder, and the heat resistance and compression set of the blend was studied. The result indicated that PPO was compatible with the PS in SEBS, resulted in a new phase ragin with a higher glass transition temperature. The compression set at high temperature of the elastomer was greatly improved by the addition of PPO, while the hardness and mechani- cal properties of the elastomer kept unchanged basically. When the mass percentage of PPO was 15 % - 20% of that of SEBS, the compression set of the elastomer at 70℃ was 33% - 35%, less than 50%, came up to the level of the national standard for the rubber sealing strip for vehicle windows.
