摘要
甲状腺球蛋白在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)的发生中起重要作用。近几年的连锁及相关分析发现,位于人类染色体8q24.2-q24.3区域的甲状腺球蛋白基因及其内部的微卫星标记不仅与AITD相连锁,还与其相关;同时,在动物及人体均发现甲状腺球蛋白基因的单核苷酸多态性与AITD具有相关性。因此认为,甲状腺球蛋白基因是AITD疾病相关抗原中第一个AITD易感基因。
Thyroglobulin plays an important role in the etiology of autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD). Recently, studies show that thyroglobulin locus in 8q4.2-q4.3 and the markers within thyroglobulin gene were linked and associated with AITD. Furthermore, single-nucleotide polymorphisms in the thyroglobulin gene were shown to be associated with autoimmane thyroiditis in beth mice and humans. Accordingly, it is believed that thyroglobulin gene is the first thyroid-specific susceptibility gene for AITD.
