摘要
目的:制备杏鲍菇多糖,寻找具有优良抗病毒、抗肿瘤活性的物质。方法:从杏鲍菇菌丝中分离、纯化出两种杏鲍菇多糖即A1和A2,并分别用杏鲍菇多糖A1和A2作为小鼠的免疫增强剂,观察其对抗肿瘤的影响;采用体外抗病毒试验测定了杏鲍菇多糖即A1和A2对I型单纯疱疹病HSV-1的活性。结果:制备了纯化杏鲍菇多糖;其在抗肿瘤的试验和抑制HSV-1活性的试验中给药组与对照组之间均有常显著的差异。结论:杏鲍菇多糖即A1和A2对小鼠产生较好的抗肿瘤作用;并有很强的抑制I型单纯疱疹病毒的活性。
AIM: The purpose is to prepare Exocellular Polysaccharides ,and to search for substance with high Antivirus activity. METHODS: Two polysaccharides namely A1 and A2 were isolated and purified from Submerged culture of Pleurotus eryngii ,The polysaccharide was used as immuno -potantiators, and its effects on tumors were observed. The activity of Exocellular Polysaccharides A1 and A2 were determinated by antiviral study in vitro on HSV - I. RESULTS : There were very significant difference between the activities of Exocellular Polysaccharides on HSV - I and tumors. CONCLUSION Exocellular Polysaccharides produced effects on HSV - I and tumors.
