摘要
运用组织学方法,根据形态结构特征将菲律宾蛤仔血细胞分为4类:透明血细胞、小颗粒血细胞、大颗粒血细胞和淋巴样血细胞。透明血细胞数量最多,细胞质中几乎未见颗粒;小颗粒血细胞数量较多,细胞质中含有大量的小颗粒;大颗粒血细胞数量较少,细胞质内有大量的大颗粒,经常将细胞核覆盖而看不见核;淋巴样血细胞数量最少,核质比很高,细胞质内无颗粒。酵母菌吞噬实验结果表明:菲律宾蛤仔的血细胞可吞噬酵母细胞,包囊实验观察发现对于较大异物,血细胞将异物层层包裹起来,表现为包囊作用;且包囊中央,细胞界限不明显,细胞结构不清楚,纤维化;而包囊边缘血细胞界限相对明显,可见血细胞结构。
The morphological characterization methods. According to nucleus and cytoplasm of hemocytes of Ruditapes philippinarum was studied by histological characters, four types of hemocytes were recognized: agranular hemocytes, small granular hemocytes, large granular hemocytes and lymphoid hemocytes. Agranular hemocytes were the main cell type, there was agranular in cytoplasm, the proportion of small granular hemocyte was much, it contained a lot of small granules in cytoplasm, the number of large granular hemocytes was few, it contained large granules in cytoplasm, the number of lymphoid hemocytes was the least, it showed high nucleus/cytoplasm ratio, and the quantity of organelles was little. The functions of hemocytes of Ruditapes philippinarum were studied by yeast under microscope. It showed that hemocytes could phagocytose the yeast cells. By manual encapsulation, if the foreign - body was rather larger than the hemocytes, many hemocytes enclosed the foreign - body together which was so called encapsulation. The encapsulation was fibrous wrapped in center, the frame of hemocytes was indistinct, and out of the edge of encapsulation, the margin of each hemocyte was observed clearly.
