摘要
绝经后女性血压升高的确切机制尚不清楚。年长的雌性自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)展现出女性绝经后高血压的许多特点,因此被认为是合适的绝经后高血压研究的动物模型。本文回顾了近年来以SHR作为模型的研究资料,旨在阐明绝经后女性高血压可能的发生机制。
The exact mechanisms of post-menopausal hypertension in females are unclear. The aging female spontaneously hypertensive rat （SHR） exhibited many characteristics found in women with postmenopausal hypertension, which is then regarded as the suitable animal model to study post-menopausal hypertension. This article reviews study data about this disease based on the animal model of SHR in order to elucidate its possible pathogenesis.
