摘要
通过分析当前工程造价咨询业的发展现状和制约因素(以及加入WTO后面临的机遇和挑战),探讨建立工程造价咨询质量的有效措施,对如何提高咨询质量建立长效机制作了分析,提出提高咨询质量建立长效机制必须从建立规章制度、建设一支良好的专业队伍和组织机构以及通过案例积累经验等方面入手保证工程造价咨询质量的提高,使造价咨询业能适应时代的要求,健康快速发展。
By analyzing the current development and restrictive factors in the consulting industry of engineering cost （and facing the opportunities and the challengings after entering the WTO） , a research is done on how to control the consulting quality. The author points out that a modern department should be founded to control the consulting quality of engineering cost effectively, and that some related measures should be taken to make the system of controlling the consulting quality of engineering cost work smoothly in the ways of organized system, personnel training, external environment and so on.
