摘要 应用计算流体力学(CFD)的计算结果对VLCC船进行了线型优化工作。首先按照航线、总布置的要求,确定了一初步线型,然后两个不同的首部备选线型和两个尾部备选线型共组合成了4个VLCC线型方案。根据势流理论的计算结果进行首部线型选优;根据求解雷诺时均的RANSE方程的计算结果进行尾部线型选优。在首部线型的比较中主要应用了波形分布图、波高图、沿船体表面的压力分布等流场信息,在尾部线型的比较中通过桨盘面处的轴向伴流分布和形状因子,来判断后体线型的优劣。最后通过模型试验验证了选优的线型方案的快速性。 In this paper, a Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) hull form was optimized by CFD calculation. Two fore bodies and two aft bodies were combined into four VLCC hulls. Fore hull form was op:imized by the computation based on the potential theory. Aft body optimization was done through RANSE flow calculation. Our work of fore body focused on comparing wave height levels, wave profiles and pressure distributions; and the work of aft body focused on comparing axial velocity distribution at propeller plane and form factors. Model tests were carried out to verify the optimization.
