聚天冬氨酸复配物与磁场的协同阻垢效应 被引量:8

摘要 采用聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、衣康酸-丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯三组分共聚物(IA-AA-AE)和2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)制备了PASP复配物(PASP/IA-AA-AE/PBTCA);通过静态和动态实验研究了PASP复配物及该复配物与磁场的协同阻垢性能;利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射技术表征了水垢试样中的CaCO3晶型。静态和动态实验结果表明,磁场与PASP复配物的协同作用可提高PASP复配物对Ca2+的螯合作用,在Ca2+质量浓度650m g/L、HCO3-质量浓度1 300m g/L、PASP复配物质量浓度4m g/L的条件下,磁场与PASP复配物协同作用时,静态和动态阻垢率比PASP复配物单独作用时分别提高10%和20%以上;PASP复配物可使CaCO3晶型中的方解石和文石全部转化为球霰石结构。 Polyaspartic acid (PASP)composite, a scale inhibitor, was prepared from PASP, itaconic acid-acrylic acid-acrylic ester(IA-AA-AE) terpolymer and 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA). Scale inhibition of PASP composite and effect of its synergism with magnetic field on scale inhibition were investigated. Calcium carbonate crystals in scale samples were characterized by means of SEM and XRD. The static and dynamic experiments show that chelating function of PASP composite for Ca^2+ can be enhanced by synergism with magnetic field. Under Ca^2+ 650 mg/L,HCO3^- 1 300 mg/L and PASP composite 4 mg/L, scale inhibition rate of PASP composite in magnetic water can increase by 10% in static state and by 20% in dynamic experiment. SEM and XRD results show that calcite and aragonite can be completely transformed into vaterite by using PASP composite.
