摘要
从战略的角度,借鉴国外的经验,对高校图书馆的发展做出相关分析,并提出对高校图书馆实施战略管理的理念。
From the angle of the strategy, and by using the foreign experiences for reference, this paper analyzes on the development of university library, and advances the idea of carrying out the strategic management for university library.
