摘要
激励对于人的行为起着至关重要的作用,激励理论的目的就是调动人的积极性。激励理论主要有需要层次论、双因素理论、需要理论、期望理论及公平理论等。开展思想政治工作是我们党历来倡导的经验和方法,同样需要采取激励方法,包括言行激励、目标激励、信任激励、物质激励、榜样激励等。
Inspiration is very important for human behavior, the purpose of inspiration is to motivate people. There some clear stages among inspiration theory. When we do the political work, we should also use this kind of method to make our work more effective.
