摘要
β-胸苷经5'-羟基保护、酯化后用氢氧化钠处理制得2,3'-脱水-5'-O-(三苯甲基)胸苷,再经叠氮化和脱保护反应得到齐多夫定,总收率70%。
Zidovudine was synthesized from β-thymidine by protection of 5′-hydroxyl group with Ph3CCl, esterification and treatment with NaOH to give 2,3′-dehydro-5′-O- （trityl） thymidine, which was subjected to azidafion with NaN3 and then deprotection with an overall yield of 70 %.
