摘要
目的通过总结加替沙星的不良反应,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集1999～2006年6月国内外报道的71例加替沙星不良反应病例,并进行统计分析。结果加替沙星所致不良反应临床表现多样,能导致多系统-器官损害。结论重视加替沙星的不良反应,提倡合理用药。
Objective We aim at summarizing Adverse Drug Reaction （ADR） of gatifloxacin, and guiding rational usage of antibacterial agents in the future. Method Seventy-one domestic and foreign case reports on ADR of gatifloxacin ranging from 1999 to Jun 2006 were collected, statistically classified and analyzed. Result Gadfloxacin could cause multi-system and multi-organ ADR with wide variety of clinical manifestations. Conclusion Attention should be paid to ADR of gatifloxacin to ensure safe and rational drug use.
