摘要
硅橡胶胶黏剂具有优异的耐热、耐寒、耐老化性,对紫外线、臭氧作用稳定,耐气候性和电性能良好,在电子电器、汽车、机械、建筑、医疗等行业得到广泛应用。对于硅橡胶胶黏剂的改性研究,主要包括对聚硅氧烷的结构改性,合成和选用新的黏附促进剂,添加各种助剂等,以提高胶黏剂的粘接性能或获得其他性能。本文介绍了硅橡胶胶黏剂种类、性能与应用,并对硅橡胶胶黏剂在粘接性、导电性、导热性、力学性能等的改性研究进展进行了概述。
Silicon rubber adhesive has excellent heat resistance,cold resistance,weather resistance and electrical performance;it is stable for ultraviolet and ozone effect. It is widely used in electric appliances, automobile, mechanism, construction and medical treatment etc. The modification research on silicon rubber mainly includes structural modification of polysiloxane, synthesizing and selecting new adhesion promoter,addlng some maxillary agents ere to improve its adhesion performance and gain other prtrperfies. The species,properties and applications of silicon rubber adhesives are introduced in this paper,and the progress of studies on modification of bonding performance, electrical and heat conductivity and mechanic properties are also summarized in this article.
