摘要
采用回归分析方法建立计量模型，利用1993-2004年的有关数据，对利用外资与高新区工业产值、产品出口效应进行实证分析，得出利用外资对高新区的经济增长及扩大产品出口具有较好促进作用的相关数据．结合对西安高新区企业的调研，发现存在观念保守、引进技术层次不高等问题，并提出了相应对策．
Companies in Xi＇an high-tech zone use foreign investment mainly from Hong Kong, American and Singapore etc. The regression analysis method is used to establish metric model in this paper. The 1993-2003 data concerned about Xi＇an high-tech zone are used to carry out the evidence analysis of effects of using foreign investment, industrial value of output and export of products, whereby obtaining the relative data that the using of foreign investment can play a well promoting role in economic growth of the zone and export of products. According to the investigation for Xi＇an high-tech zone, some existed problems are found, such as conservation, imported non-advanced technology, etc.. Then countermeasures are proposed.
