从节目的收录采集、编辑制作、管理到播出,应建立一个自动化程度高的制作流水线,节目的编码格式应严格遵循DVB标准,各个子系统之间应具有良好的交互性和开放式接口,以提高系统构建的灵活性,从而降低整个系统的运作风险。
