摘要 河北中钢5机架全连续冷连轧机组是我国自主研制开发的全连续冷连轧生产线,并且成功应用TDC作为主要控制器。针对该生产线机架间张力控制所采用的一种简单自适应控制算法进行了相应的仿真研究和实际应用。仿真结果表明,该控制器与传统的PI控制器相比,显著提高了系统的动态响应性能,系统输出能够很好地跟踪参考模型的输出,具有较好的鲁棒性。该算法在河北中钢12505机架冷连轧机的张力控制系统中得到了成功应用。 Five-stand continuous tandem cold-rolling mill for HeBei ZhongGang Steel is the first domestic product line of cold strip, which is researched and developed independently, and use the SIMATIC TDC successfully as the main controller for the first time. In this paper, one algorithm of simple adaptive control is simulated and put into practice for the tension control between the stands in this line. The simulating result indicates, comparing with common PI controller, its dynamic response performance of system is advanced observably and the output can trace well the output of referenced model, taking on good robustness. Then it has been put into practice and run successfully for tension control system in the plant of five-stand cold-rolling mill for HeBei ZhongGang Steel.
