摘要
分析了影响芦荟凝胶稳定的主要因素,并对芦荟凝胶的稳定化技术进行了综述,为芦荟产业的发展提供理论依据。
The prinmary factor affecting the stability of aloe gel was introduced in this article. And the central stabilization technology on aloe gel was stun marized. These were rational of the aloe industry development.
