不同根瘤菌比例·营养液及用量在菜豆上的应用效果 被引量:8

Effect of Different Nutrient Solutions and its Application Amount on the Growth of Two Cultivars of Phaseolus vulgaris

摘要 为了解决推荐营养液和推荐拌种根瘤菌用量不能发挥菜豆生产潜力的问题,设置了4因素2水平完全随机组合盆栽试验。结果表明,采用推荐营养液用量处理的菜豆平均干物质量较采用1/4推荐用量处理的提高了49.44%,根瘤菌数增加了58.32%。与氯化钙混合营养液相比,硫酸钙混合营养液处理后干物质量增加了29.45%。用4倍推荐根瘤菌用量拌种的菜豆根瘤菌数量较用推荐根瘤菌用量处理的增加了18.80%。 An experiment was conducted to determine why a standard nutrient solution was not suitable for cultivar plants growth. Two nutrient rates ( 1/4 recommended and recommended rate),two nutrient types(Calcium as CaSO4 and CaC12) and two Rhizobia rates (recommended and 4 times recommended amount ) were applied in two cultivars (T-49 and Scylla ). The results showed that the recommended nutrient rate caused 49.44 % intreat in dry nmtter production and 58.32% increment in nodulation number compared with the quarter rate,and the application of CaSO4 mixture resulted in 29.45% incre- raent in dry matter production in relation to CaCl2 mixture.Additionally, 4 thnes of the recommended rate of Rhizobia caused 18,80% increment compared with the recommended rate of Rhizobia.
