摘要
本文报道了7种新二甲基取代苯基锍盐的合成,以取代苯硫酸或苯硫醚为原料,NgBF4-CH3I为烷基化试剂,1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂室温实现S-甲基化反应.用1HNMR技术定量产物的收率,结果表明,反应均可定量完成,产率在98-100%之间.详细研究了合成产物的1HNMK和13CNMR谱,研究揭示,合成产物符合设计结构;给出了新取代基-S(CH3)2对苯环氢的1HNMR化学位移及对苯环碳的13CNMR化学位移影响常数,解释了其1HNMR谱及13CNMR谱吸收峰的归属.
Seven new dimethyl substituted phenyl sulfonium .salts have been synthesized in this paper.In the presence of silver tetrafluoroborate and 1,2 - dichloroethane (as solvent),the thiophenols and methyl phenyl sulfides react with methyl iodide to form dimethylsulfonium salts at ambient temperatUre.this S-methylation is quantitatively and the yield is in the range of 98%-100% by 1H NMR quantitative technique.The 1H and 13C NMR Spectra of sulfonium salts have been studied in detail.The 1H NMR chemical shifts in the position of benzene protons caused by new subsitutent -S(CH3)2 and the influence of new functional group -S(CH3)2 on the 13C NMR chemical shag positionls of nearby carbons in benzene ring are given respectively.Finally,the peaks in 1H and 13C NMR spectra of sulfonium salts are explained.
