摘要
对振膜成形零件的成形工艺进行了分析,采用拉伸、冲孔、切边聚氨酯橡胶复合模成形零件,模具采用聚氨酯橡胶作凸凹模,并介绍了复合模的结构、特点及工作过程。经生产验证,模具结构合理、生产效率高,有很好的技术经济效益。
The forming process of diaphragm was analyzed. A drawing, punching and trimming compound die was developed with polyurethane rubber as punch and die. The characteristic of the die structure and working process was introduced. The die practically proved to be feasible in structure and high in production and technical economic efficiency.
