摘要
中小企业融资难的问题已成为我国经济发展中的一个焦点问题,普遍受到关注。本文从法律的角度提出解决对策:即完善包括银行信贷、股权融资、票据融资等各项法律制度,修改现有法律法规中阻碍中小企业融资的有关规定等。
The difficulty of the financing of our middle and small enterprises has become a focus for our economic development. This article puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of the law： to improve the relevant law system including bank credit, shareholder equity financing, bill financing and to revise the relevant stipulations hidering the financing of the middle and small entreprises.
