摘要
目前公职人员职业行为存在职业定位不明、职业化水平不高、职业交往不规范等问题,应通过打造良好的公职人员职业形象、牢固树立公职人员职业理念、完善公职人员职业行为相关制度建设、加强公职人员职业行为培训与考核和开展公职人员职业行为促进工作等措施予以改进。
There are many problems in the professional behaviors of public service personnel at present, such as the unclear occupational orientation, low vocational level, and nonstandard occupational communication. It can be improved by building their positive public images, setting up their professional ideas, completing the system construction of their professional behaviors, strengthening their professional behavior training and performance evaluation, and emphasizing the promotion of their professional behaviors.
