The affinity and seepage force of ideological and political work will affect its vitality and success. The premise to improve the affinity and seepage force of ideological and political work is the object of the college students＇ all- round development. Its basis is to cultivate college students＇ sound character and its key is to promote college students＇ cultural quality.
