摘要
目的:探讨生活方式对空腹血糖受损(IFG)人群的影响.方法:口服葡萄糖耐量试验证实IFG人群32例.对照组单纯饮食调整,共17例;实验组为饮食调整+运动疗法,共15例.实验前后观察相关指标改变.结果:对照组干预后体重指数明显下降(P<0.05);实验组干预后与对照组干预后相比较,体重指数、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、2 h胰岛素(2hINS)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均呈显著性下降(P<0.05~0.01).结论:生活方式干预包括有氧运动及饮食调整可以改善IFG患者血糖及胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞分泌功能.
Objective: To explore the effects of lifestyle intervention including exercise training and dietary therapy on blood glucose, insulin resistance, and beta cell function in patients with impaired fasting glucose (IFG). Methods: A total of 32 patients with IFG identified by oral glucose tolerance test (OGTY) with 75 g glucose were divided randomly into control group ( receiving dietary therapy, n = 17 ) and experimental group (receiving both dietary therapy and exercise training, n = 15 ). The body mass index (BMI), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2 h plasma glucose (2hPG) , fasting insulin (FINS) ,2 h insulin (2bINS), serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), and blood pressure were measured both before and after the intervention. The insulin resistance (IR) was evaluated by homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance ( HOMA-IR), and the beta cell function was evaluated by homeostasis model assessment of insulin sensitivity (HOMA-IS) and A130/A (;30. Results: BMI, FPG, FINS, 2hlNS, TG, TC, and HOMA-IR in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group after lifestyle intervention ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The combined application of exercise training and dietary therapy could decrease blood glucose and IR. Lifestyle intervention is a safe and effective method in patients with IFG.
