摘要 用数字化加工机床加工的第一步,是要建立工件坐标系,即建立编程零点和程序零点。目的是用数字形式把工件的位置,告知机床,使机床能准确地判断出被加工零件的位置。工件坐标系是建立在机床坐标系的基础上,把机床坐标系通过G54、G55、G56、G57、G58、G59、G92等形式,搬移到工件上一个方便各象关尺寸换算的位置上。工件坐标系位置选择位置不同,对编程的难易程度至关重要。 The Establish of the Machine Tool Center Wrok Piece Coordinate System Abstract: Setting the workpiece coordinate system, just to set the zero of program is the first step of using the CNC machine tool to machine the workpiece. Using number format in the machine is to exactly identify the position of the part by the machine tool. The workpiece coordinate system is based on the machine tool coordinate system, that is setting at a position that is faclity conversion with as else correlative dimension by the format of G55, G56, G57, G58, G59, G92 and so on. The different chosen position is quite importance to program easily or difficultly.
