摘要
对直线自校正超声步进电机改进的转子滑块所受恢复力进行研究。按线性理论计算,在自校正阶段,转子偏离平衡位置λ/8时,具有最大的恢复力,但实验结果表明,在笔者所叙述的实验条件下,最大恢复力的位置小于λ/8。这与激励电压,定子驻波比以及转子滑块的预压力,摩擦力等因素有关。对此实验结果进行了初步分析。
This paper researches the return force of improved slider (rotor)on the self-corRecting stepping stage, the return force has the maximum value when the slider diviates l/8λfrom the antiodes; but in practice, the maximum value location is at the point which devistion less than l/8λ. and the deviation has relation to applied voltage, stationary wave ratio, preanalyse the experiment result initially.
