摘要
针对菏关高速公路京九公铁立交桥上跨铁路和河流、施工净空小的特点,在梁部施工过程中采用下行式移动模架方法,主要阐述了移动模架的结构组成、施工原理、组装流程及施工工艺等方面的内容。施工实践表明移动模架施工具有安全、经济、施工速度快的特点,在地质条件复杂、孔径适中的多跨连续梁施工中值得大力推广。
Aiming at the construction of the highway--railway viaduct of the He-Guan Expressway that spans the railway and rivers, where the space for construction is limited, and the descending forming framework is used for the construction of the beams, the paper describes the structural components of the mobile forming framework, the construction principles of it, its assembling flow, construction processes for it, etc. Construction practice shows that the mobile forming framework, having the characteristics of being safe, economical, and quick in construction speed, is worth energetically popularizing in the construction of multi-span continuous bridges of proper bore diameters in complex geological conditions.
