摘要
采用道路交通噪声预测的统计模型对石家庄市交通噪声污染情况进行了科学的预测,并结合有关规定的各类区域的噪声标准给出了合理的评价,并从四个方面提出了降低交通噪声的有效防治措施,可为政府决策部门提供一定的参考。
By applying the theoretical-statistical model to urban road traffic prediction, this paper scientifically predicts the traffic noise in Shijiazhuang and makes logical comments in the light of 《The Noise Stand ard of Civil Area Condition》, with some effective control measures proposed from four aspects. It is impor tant for the government in decision-making.
