摘要
目的:对黄芪花、茎中的多糖成分进行提取,并测定了含量。方法:以UV-光度法对黄芪花、茎中多糖含量进行测定。结果:黄芪花中多糖含量为2.676mg/g,茎中含量为10.599mg/g。结论:黄芪地上部分中含有多糖类成分,茎中多糖比花中略高。
Objective:The astragalan is extracted from the stem and flower of Radix astragalus and determined content, Methods: the astragalan content extracted from the stem and flower of Radix astragalus were determined by UV. Results: The result shows the content of astragalan of flower of Radix Astragalus is 7. 676mg/g, The content of astragalan of stem of Radix Astragalus is 10. 599mg/g. Conclusion: the content of astragala was detected more in the stem than in the flower of Radix Astrsagalus.
