摘要
目的:对黄芪花、茎中的多糖成分进行提取,并测定了含量。方法:以UV-光度法对黄芪花、茎中多糖含量进行测定。结果:黄芪花中多糖含量为2．676mg/g,茎中含量为10．599mg/g。结论:黄芪地上部分中含有多糖类成分,茎中多糖比花中略高。
Objective：The astragalan is extracted from the stem and flower of Radix astragalus and determined content, Methods： the astragalan content extracted from the stem and flower of Radix astragalus were determined by UV. Results： The result shows the content of astragalan of flower of Radix Astragalus is 7. 676mg/g, The content of astragalan of stem of Radix Astragalus is 10. 599mg/g. Conclusion： the content of astragala was detected more in the stem than in the flower of Radix Astrsagalus.
