摘要
进行了Soda—AQ麦草浆的常规氧气漂白、漂前预处理试验,以及有关浆样的原子吸收光谱、红外光谱研究。结果表明,在浆浓度为10%、MgSO4用量为1%条件下,用碱量是影响漂浆白度的最主要因素;最佳的氧漂条件为:用碱量4.5%、氧气压力0.7MPa、温度90℃、时间80min。此外,研究还表明,不同螯合剂对过渡金属离子的螯合能力不同;降低浆中过渡金属离子含量的主要作用是保护碳水化合物。
The conventional oxygen bleaching of Soda_AQ wheat straw pulp was studied.The pretreatment before oxygen bleaching with sulfuric acid chelating agents were conducted,and the pulp was analyzed by means of spectrometers.The results indicate that,under the conditions of 10% pulp consistency and 1% charge of magnesium sulfate,brightness oxygen bleached pulp mainly depends on the alkali charge ,bleaching temperature and bleaching time have less and least influences respectively on the pulp brightness.With the optimal conditions,4 5%alkali charge,0 7MPa oxygen pressure,90℃ bleaching temperature and 80 minutes bleaching time,oxygen bleaching can brighten the pulp to the brightness of 59 2% SBD,with a brightness increase of 11 8% SBD,a KMnO 4 number reduction of 48 44%。The chromosphoric groups,mainly originated in lignin structures,will be obviously eliminated during oxygen bleaching ,therefore the brightness of the pulp is increased.The results also show that the chelating abilities are slightly different from each others,suitable complexing time is about 40 minutes.The decrease of transition metalion contents will protect the carbohydrates from degradation during oxygen bleaching with little effect on the brightness increase of oxygenbleached pulp.
