摘要
在一维下料问题中,针对增加下料方式引起加工成本的不同,建立了多目标优化模型,并给出了求解算法。首先通过加权法将模型化为单目标优化模型,然后通过废料长度表示下料方式的可调整程度,并以此为基础调整下料方案。结果表明,新模型得到的下料方案能更全面的考虑下料问题的经济成本并具有较好的实用性。
The purpose of this optimization model is to improve the cost of one - dimensional cutting - stock problem. A novel algorithm for the multiple objective decision making problem has been proposed. The model is first transformed into a single objective decision making problem by weighted method and then to optimize the cutting scheme by a function processed via the length of the scrape, It shows that the new model can influence the cost because of considering the factor of the cutting method in different cutting schemes, and is more practical.
