摘要
目的:观察臭氧水消毒器产生臭氧水的杀菌效果。方法:采用悬液定量和载体定量杀菌试验进行检测。结果:该机产生含臭氧4.20 mg/L的水溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用5 min的杀灭率均为100%;当菌液中含有10%蛋白胨时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用5 min的杀灭率分别为55.67%、59.48%和37.44%。用消毒液流动浸泡载体定量杀菌试验,含臭氧4.20 mg/L的水溶液作用30 min对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的平均杀灭率分别为99.95%、99.99%和96.94%。结论:该臭氧水消毒器产生的臭氧水具有一定消毒效果。
Objective: To observe the germicidal efficacy of the ozone water generated by Ozone Water disinfector. Method: suspension quantitative and carrier quantitative germicidal tests were used for examination. Result: The results showed that the ozone water containing ozone 4.20 mg/L generated by the disinfector killed 100% of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans after 5 minutes. If peptone exposure 10 g/L was in suspension, the killing rates of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicarL,, after 5 minutes exposure were 55.67 %, 59.48 % and 37.44 % respectively. When quantitative germicidal test method using carriers irranersed in running liquid disinfectant was used, the ozone water containing ozone 4.20 mg/L killed 99.95%, 99.99% and 96.94% of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in average after 30 minutes. Conclusion: The results suggest that the ozone water generated by Ozone Water Disinfector had disinfection effect.
