摘要
目的通过观察血清超敏C反应蛋白(HS-CRP)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平在2型糖尿病并发大血管病变中的变化,探讨其对糖尿病并发大血管病变监测的应用价值。方法收集60例2型糖尿病患者及50例正常体检者血清,全自动生化仪检测Hs-CRP、甘油三酯(TG)、LDL-C、总胆固醇(TC)、HDL-C、载脂蛋白(apoA1)、apoB。结果糖尿病患者无论有无大血管并发症其Hs-CRP、TG、LDL-C水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),大血管并发症组Hs-CRP、LDL-C水平明显高于无并发症组(P<0.05)。大血管并发症组血清Hs-CRP水平与LDL-C水平呈明显正相关(r=0.67,P<0.05),而在无大血管并发症组,Hs-CRP表达水平与LDL-C及其他血脂指标均无明显相关性。结论Hs-CRP及LDL-C联合检测可作为糖尿病及糖尿病并发大血管损伤的监测指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Hs-CRP,LDL-C and type 2 diabetes with vascular complications. Methods The levels of Hs-CRP,TG,LDL-C,TC,HDL-C,apoA1 ,apoB were detected on 60 diabetes patients with/without vascular complications and 50 healthy subjects. Results Compared with those of control group,the concentrations of CRP,TG and LDL- C were higher significantly in diabetes group; the levels of Hs-CRP and LDL-C in diabetes with vascular complications were higher than those of without complications; the pattern of Hs-CRP and LDL-C expression in diabetes with vascular complications showed a statistically significant correlation. Conclusion Combinative monitoring of Hs-CRP and LDL can be used to predict diabetes with vascular complications.
