摘要
介绍了博弈论的基本原理和工程招投标机制设计的基本假设，通过对招投标机制中合理投标人数目以及投标人行为失范原因的探讨，表明了良好的激励措施和监督约束是工程招投标机制实施的关键。
The basic principle of game theory and basic hypothesis of project＇s bidding mechanism design are introduced. Through discussing rational number of bidders and causes of their fault action in bidding mechanism, the author shows that well promoting, supervision and restriction measures are the key to implement project＇s bidding mechanism.
