摘要 分析了悬臂梁的结构特性及引起Bragg反射中心波长变化的基本原理,设计了具有不同区域应力灵敏度的悬臂梁。利用悬臂梁不同区域光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)的Bragg反射中心波长差实现了一种简单方便的增敏方案。该方案利用这种特殊悬臂梁的自身结构可使测试灵敏度提高将近一倍,而且成功地解决了温度应力交叉敏感的测量难题,消除了温度变化引起的应力测量误差,实现了利用光纤Bragg光栅对应力单参量的测量。 The cantilever structure characteristics and the Bragg wavelength shift principle were analyzed, and the cantilever with different strain sensitivity on different part were designed. Then a novel plan to increase the sensitivity was proposed in view of the wavelength difference among various region, thus both the sensitivity is doubled and the cross sensitivity is solved. The strain measurement error caused by temperature is eliminated, and the single parameter measurement of strain has been realized.
